Idea — Closing phone service

Dear sir.I Surinder gupta, phone no.[protected], house no.302, street no.5, Jawahar nagar Moga, has submitted my mobile bill Rs 281 on 7th oct.2015..then how can company close my phone service, , as i have already paid the bill by receipt no. 2223578..now by talking to custome care..phn service is started again but we hav 2 face so many problems..so pls take care of it..we can send u legal notice...
