[Resolved]  Idea Customer Care — Torture to pay the bills for unused services

Torture to pay the bills for unused services Myself have been the customer of IDEA for Post Paid Connection in the month of Jan 2015, facing lots of problems and harrasment by the IDEA Customer Care Executives for forcing me to pay the Bills for the unused services. My last amount due was Rs.258/-, to pay the bills i have requested at customer Care to send the Executive for collecting the same amount as could not drop in directly, and have asked for online payment structure the executive denied saying do not go for online payments as it will take 4 to 5 working days to recieve by IDEA. After the due date IDEA have stopped my outgoings, Data pack, messages, and incoming. Now when all the services have been debarred where is that am using the services of IDEA number? for which sevices every month the bills are being generated?? when a customer is titled to be debarred with all services there should be disconnection of the SIM or else the SIM have to be De-activated as the customer is not able to use that SIM. I have informed to customer care exe to deactivate the SIM imdtly when the due date was skipped and services were debarred, that time no one have informed me to submit a letter or guided thru any procedure. This is called improper services and information at customer cell. Now daily i am recieving calls from the IDEA executive on to my alternate number for paying huge amout of bills which i have not used as they have already stopped the services and threatening me for legal complaints. Daily am facing this torture and mental harrasment from the IDEA Executives. My Security deposit is there with IDEA of Rs.400/- if my actual bill amount gets deducted of Rs.258/- still there is balance of amount of Rs.142/- which IDEA can keep. Am unable to do my work peacefully and really getting harrased by these IDEA Executives. This makes me think and stop using even my prepaid connection with IDEA. Make me think and give a mouth of word not to be a IDEA POST PAID CUSTOMER EVER to all general public of Karnataka and INDIA. I request kindly ask all the executives of IDEA not to call and torture, harrass or frighten me. If anything goes wrong with me i clearly state that IDEA Customer Care and Cellulars are resposible for any mishap as i could not bear the harrassment and mental torture. From Bangalore
