I have ported my idea no from pune location to mumbai,
after 60 days i recd a message stating 200 rs are pending for which i have recd no records and they disconnected my no, i made the payment online and send them the receipt on their customer care email id on 9th oct still today 12 th oct my no is not active and when i m calling the customer care department they saying they have forward the request and no idea when the service will be ACTIVE AGAIN... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DELAY RESPONSE AND SERVICES I HAVE RECD AS SOON AS MY 90 DAYS WILL BE OVER WILL PORT ASAP TO ANOTHER TELECOM
surprisingly i have still not recd any revert from the customer card email id do they have any TAT ???
