Idea — faced problems due to inactivation of new idea sim

Sir I have purchased one sim no.[protected] & mobile no. [protected] on 9.12.2014 from an idea sale at Air Force Station, Halwara and charged Rs. 150. it was informed that i will get 750 mb 3g data and rs 50 as talktime. I was told sim will be activated by evening. but after five days yet the sim is nt activated and afterwards I tried to contact idea in many ways by email and by phone but no reply. as the sale was organised by company and no contact known to me and this is the only sim which i have and nothing else i am facing problems. kindly intervene and resolve.
