Sir I want to register a complaint regarding 3G internet recharge on my smartphone.I had done a recharge of Rs 126 for 1 GB 3G data meant for only smartphone users.
The recharge was accepted, I received a message stating that the data had been activated on my phone.
I was in urgent need o[censored]sing the internet, which is why I had the 3G recharge done. However even after having received the message, mobile data did not work on my phone.
Due to immediate requirement, I had to undertake a loan from the company for using internet. Due to which they cancelled the data plan, and deducted all the data that I was supposed to have, causing me a loss of Rs.126.
My plea is, that if they are so strict as to deduct the entire data on a small loan, they should be strict enough to provide data as soon as the recharge is done. Was this information helpful? |
