[Resolved] Idea — Illegal deduction of rs. 320 from my idea balance account. | |
Yesterday I did top up of Rs.150 and previous balance was Rs. 290 i.e. total sum was Rs. 440, then I recharge 2G UNLIMITED Plan of Rs. 248. Both the amount of Rs. 150 & 248 of top up and recharge get credited from my SBI Bank Account, I also received confirmation through message and bank account transaction details. but after 2 hrs. my Idea balance shown was 120 only. I talked to customer care executive, but they only said that the amount deducted due to over use of internet. How it is possible when I had UNLIMITED PLAN of Rs. 248? I am not satisfied with the customer care reply and service. I want my deducted money back. Thanking You in anticipation.. Was this information helpful? | |
