[Resolved]  Idea — Postpaid Bill Issue

I opted idea post paid connection having 399Rs plan which included 1GB 3G, 1500 local/national call and 50 sms at 15th March 2014, the connection got activated at 20 March 2014, at that time one of the representative at idea center told me that my 3g Internet usage will be on pro-data base usage. But on 21st march 2014 i received a message from company in which it was written that company is providing me 1GB 3G free data up to 07/04/2014. In that message it was nowhere mentioned that this pro-database or something else. I thought company had provided me full 1GB 3G data as i am new to the company for post paid connection. So i started using the 1gb 3g data and at 8th of April my first bill is generated costing me 1023Rs/-. I was shocked when i received the bill. I went to Idea Center and met one of the representatives, and she told me that the company will always send message of providing you full 1GB 3g data, and she also told me that we the customer's have to calculate the pro-database amount of data to be used by us. This was disaster and disgusting. I mean why should and how would i know the company parameters to calculate the pro-database amount of 3g data. Moreover at the time of taking connection the representative didn't told me that you will receive a message showing full 1gb free data usage but that will be not be the case in original and you have to calculate the pro-database 3g Internet data-amount. So my point is if the representatives will not provided the complete detail then how the customer's will come to know about all these bull things. I am very unhappy with the response of customer care, idea center representatives. I don't know what to do and how to deal with these guy's... Because of these stupid people's fault or due to the fault of there bloody damn system instead of 400-500Rs they are asking me to pay 1023Rs. So i decided not to pay the bill, until I get a solution for this.

I've already face this issue, they are not supportive to their customers.
Idea is a very fraud company and they called us and start automatically the services...! Cheap company and very fraud ghatiya company.
'Customer care' is just for name sake. They really don't support the customers and mean while they are present to inform nicely that you have to pay full amount and no more options and this answer will be given by the guy who followed us like a dog to take a post paid connection. It our bad time to get into the post paid connection.
