Idea Cellular — Harrasing customers my adding wrong data usage in bill

I am an IDEA POSTPAID customer and using Idea services from last one year. I always paid every bill in time n truly never found any issue so far but in month of April 2015, I got an offer message from Idea that they had provided me 100 MB free 3G data for 10 days. Now as a trial, I have used that data for 8 days n last usage message from Idea was of 67 MB. After that I have not used that but I was shocked by seeing that they have added 262 Rs. to my bill quoting 151 MB data usage. It's a general sence that nobody will use 50 MB data at normal rate and if I need to use 3G services, I will chose a pack instead o[censored]sing without plan. Many times I see messages coming to my mobile about data usage without using data. I complained in Idea many times regarding this issue but nobody is even bother to resolve my cocern and answers just like answering machines. Regards Rahul Dutt Sharma
