Sir, Without my consent they started a WASP "Missed Call Allert" and deducted Rs. 150 /-. After 2 days when I checked the balance, I came to know about it. So after repeated calls to Customer Care, because 80 % time either the Supervisors are busy or their system is down, so after 4-5 days they told me that after 24 hours of activation, it can be cancelled but they won't give any refund.
