My name is nishant paney i joined ideal commercial credit multistate cooperative society limited on 1st april 2016 as regional head an was looking last their nagpur, hyderabad and delhi branch and lateron i found that the management of ideal was just playing with the career on their employees non payment of salaries, no professionalism, any time hire an fire situation with employees, so i decided to quit from the organization i resigned from the organization on 6th september 2016 and asked the md. Ms. Chandrani ray & vice chairman - ajay bompilwar to pay my salary for the month of july, august & f&f of september month. They told me within 2-3 days we will clear your salary and within one month we will pay your full & final balance amount. After 4-5 days when i asked to their hr namdeo dukale he told me within 2-3 days you will receive your salary, lateron when i asked he told me very soon you will receive your salary & at last receive response that after 3 months you will receive your salary. You can see the below given conversation & yourself analyse about the fraudulent activity of this society management.
