IFB Appliances — Why you should not buy an IFB microwave oven. Poor/Pathetic/Horrible after sale service

I've brought a new Microwave oven from IFB official site(http://www.ifbappliances.com/) on 07-April-14. And it stopped working on 26-FEB-15 and I've reported a complaint (No:[protected]) using the provided customer care number. A technician visited my home and informed that some part need to replace and it will take maximum of 10 days to receive it. Since I didn't receive any response from IFB followed by this, I've raised one more complaint(No:[protected]) on 12-MAR-15 and got a promise that responsible person will contact me with in 48 hours. But no one contacted me. I've raised one more complaint(No:[protected]) on 20-MAR-15 and as usual I didn't get any update from IFB. Again I've contacted IFB after couple of days and IFB provided me with the details of a local IFB contact person Ms. Rajeswari[protected]. I've contacted Ms. Rajeswari three times and she also couldn't help me to solve the issue. Every time she'll say that the part will come on Wednesday and service will happen on Thursday. I've raised this issue though IFB web support also many times. Again in 25-April-15 one more technician visited my home, checked my microwave and went back with out providing any solution. Again I've reported the issue through customer care and web support, but so far no solution provided. Today is 09-Jun-15 and the issue reported on 26-Feb-15, no solution even after three and half month. Concerns: --First of all, a product which is less than one year old should not take 10 days to get a part replacement. Look at my case, even after 3 and half months no service provided. --If you can't service it, why don't you replace the product, since this happened under the warrant period. In any way such delay in service is not at all acceptable. --What's the use of a product which is not working and there's no way to service, even under one year warranty period. --Why IFB is closing the complaint with out resolving it. Each time I've provided with a new complaint number mentioning that the old one got closed. --I didn't expect such a bad experience for product directly purchased from IFB site www.ifbappliances.com --Moreover, at any point of time no one contacted from IFB other than the executives visited my home to asking for the route. --If you are going to by any IFB product think twice, there's no after sale service. No service provided even during warranty period.
