[Resolved] IFB — Company is not resolving my complaint

My washing machine is gone bad and one sales executive has visited after my complaint registration. He saw the machine and wrote for DRUM and outer cover replacement and went. After that whenever I call nobody is replying about the status of my complaint and nobody has come for the replacement. this is already more than 10 days now. My washing machine is under warranty and IFB is least bothered about giving good service. My complaint number is [protected] and customer number is 3525511

This is still not resolved. I am surprised to see IFB closed my compliant without resolving. [protected] is closed by IFB without resolving the complaint. I have logged the new complaint - [protected].

Please help me to resolve the issue asap.
