I am Sanjay Tulsyan, Chartered Accountant in practice from Adilabad Telangana. I have a IFB washing machine which is out of service since more than a month.
I have contacted your customer care on 06.01.2015 and a ticket number was issued 14642335 in which it was written that IFB CARE will get in touch with you shortly on my mobile number [protected]. Since then no one has visited my house from the company. After obtaining contact numbers of your service staff, I called on [protected] which is not functioning. Then I got one number [protected] and upon contacting him on 30.01.2015, he spoke rudely but told me that he would visit next day ie 31.01.2015 and told me to remind him in morning once again. Today even after calling 6-7 times he did not turn up. No one is attending to my complaint. I am surprised to know that IFB brand of high repute has such a poor service and rude staff. Even the company has not bothered till date to check whether the complaint made vide ticket number 14642335 is resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I once again request you to attend my complaint urgently otherwise I will have to keep aside your machine and buy a new one of other brand.
This is really a very poor service from the company side. You need to take this matter very seriously else your company will loose its market share drastically.
