Dear manager,
Our ifb washing machine (Model executive plus) on amc with customer id -2598426, is unusable since 1st of may 2015.
The complain no[protected] made on 1st may, was resolved on 8th may, with machine not working and dysfunctional yet.
When contacted same day the ifb technician mr chandan who had resolved the complain with a dysfunctional machine, asked us to give one more complain so that a senior technician can come and help, that we did again with complain no[protected] with ifb service center dated 9th may, but not respite till date.
Both the complains are still not resolved and we are in great frustration as even after multiple complains and telephonic conversation with the ifb service center and well as help line, over last several days, the issue is as it is and the machine is still not usable.
We are facing a lot of trouble and pain due to this approach by the local service representatives and again repeatedly we have been told that a senior technician will visit and resolve the problem which has still not happened yet.
Now the technician says he can not help and we have to escalate the matter to higher level with ifb.
Is this email complain ok or do i have to go up further high up with the senior management, please let me know?
