Dear Concern,
I have a Microwave of IFB – their service is pathetic.
IFB Model – Microwave (MW 30SC3)
Issue - When we operate the system after few seconds my main switch gets tripped. 1st time I called IFB care on ([protected]) in the month of January & I have not receive any complaint number. Service engineer had come and unable to resolve the issue remain the unit unscrewed.
2nd time I logged complaint on 16th Feb Ticket no – 14929969.Engineer did something remain ok for a day
3rd time I logged complaint on 27th Feb Ticket no – 14988209 Still awaiting for engineer to come and resolve the same.
Kindly suggest what will I do???
