IFB — Complaint for servicing of washing machine under AMC not attended

I had lodged a complaint regarding non-attendance to my request for servicing of my IFB Elena washing machine which is under AMC in this forum on 8.4.2014. Due to immediate action by the forum, the company called me back at 12.59PM on 9.4.14 and assured to attend to my complaint. But the company has failed to honour it's assurance even after a lapse of 3 days. Please advise on further action against the company.
