The above complaint has been submitted more than 20 days. The IFB engineer visited site on logging the complaint and then left stating he would get the spare in 2 days time.
The local office in Bangalore from where it is serviced Shubha enterprises office reps initially kept saying that the spare was delayed. The manager Mr. Hemant had assured on 12th November that spares are being received the next day and he would send engineer to resolve issue next day.
He has stopped picking up the phone after that. The landline numbers at Shubha enterprises are also not responded to.
We have signed up an AMC for the dishwasher and are getting lousy service or no service at all.
