[Resolved]  IFB — Complaint on service center in Nagercoil for IFB Dish Washer

IFB service center Sucks big time and big money. I am extremely pissed by the way complaints are dealt at nagercoil service center for IFB Dish washer. I bought my IFB dishwasher on December month and waiting to get the powder and salt to be delivered to my home for a month and used for 3 or 4 times. Now the machine is not working i have raised a complaint to the nagercoil service station and after a week one person from nagercoil service station came to my home and take a look at the machine and he told there is a rat bite in the main wire which is getting connected to the board and we will replace that and we will keep a filter so that the rat wont enter the machine again. He told us inorder to get it changed you need to bring the machine to our office. And we bring the machine to the service station and one week there is no response from them and when we called them they told us there is some issue in some of the parts which we have ordered in Madurai which will take some time and we waited few more days and few days later the agent called us and told us we need to pay around 6000 rs in order to take back our machine. When i checked with him why we have to pay 6000 rs give me the breakdown for that. He told me that rat bite is there even inside the machine also and we have replaced those parts also which we ordered from Madurai. I asked him to send me the pictures of the parts which has rat bite and the bill copy for the spare parts which he has ordered.I waited for two days and i didnt receive any documents, Hence i told him i cannot pay any amount. First thing is if he is changing any other parts he should have consulted with me first and second thing is how can he get spare parts from outside when he is a authorized service center for IFB. IFB should provide the spare parts which need to be replaced. He tried to cheat me using his best tactics and at last he told me he cannot give the machine unless we pay 2000 rs. I agreed to pay that and he told me he will send back the machine as it is already repaired and he took 5 days to send back the machine to my house. When he delivered the machine i asked him to check whether it is working or not. The machine is not working and asked him then what you have checked when you say it is repaired do you check whether the machine is working or not and he asked me to pay the transport charge to bring to my home. I know these people they didnt do any thing and they just bring back the machine. After all these happened i asked him when are you going to repair it he said the service person has went on some trip he will be back after few days then i will ask him to come for repair. I really dont understand if there is no person for doing service how they IFB give dealership to them second thing i dont understand it how can they get spare parts outside for repairing IFB product How can they collect this king of money from the customer when the machine is in warranty I know these people are trying to cheat the customer and get money and not doing any service . Can any of the IFB people help me to get this resolved. I bought the product thinking that IFB is a good product and branded service and after this experience it is really making me to thing twice now. I have other few products at home and i have never experience this kind of service from the service station. You can contact me in this email [protected]@rediffmail.com Customer is from Irenipuram. Service is tooo late in nagercoil service centre.. very bad response from the service centre. i m not ready to give a single star to nagercoil service centre.
Worst customer service. I've never seen such a worst customer service from any of the company before. I don't know why are they selling their product if they can't even fix the issues. I've raised a complaint before 3 months. But, still it's not fixed yet. Whenever I call them the manager and the show room guys are giving me the same response saying that drum is on the way and we will fix it in a week. But, nothing is happening. I'll definitely won't suggest this product to anyone. My complaint id is. [protected].
