My name is Shamim from Lajpat Nagar Moradabad.I have purchase an ifb split a/c from Hitesh Electricals Opp Vikas Manzil in April, 14 and I paid him 37500/- in cash and he sent A/c on next day to my home without any bill he install a/c on 5th day but till he is not given any bill he is saying give me 4000/- rupees for bill.How I claim any complaint without any bill
