[Resolved] IFB — Defected washing Machine | |||
I purchased IFB Washing Machine Elena SX 6 KG 800 RPM on 16.04.2012 with a 4 year Warranty. My customer ID is 3362590. But since the day of purchase every years its drier is giving problem. Every year I have to get it repaired from IFB. I don't understand why don't they replace this machine if its drier can not be repaired fully. Every year I have to take this exercise. since it is under guarantee till 2016, they company is not charging, but definitely the problem is continued and after 2016 they will start charging. This year also I register my complaint on 18.03.2015. My ticket no. is 15142312. After two days one of their engineer came and informed that its shocker and motor is not working. They needs to change both the parts. After 8-9 days their engineers came and replace the shocker of the machine and said that they bought motor of another model and will bring motor of this model and replace the same. Five days have passed no one has turned up. Since for the last 4 years I am facing the problems I want the following: 1. Either company should give me another piece of this model in place of the present one or repair my machine properly so that every year I should not face problem. 2. I informed them that my bill for this purchase is not traceable only one guarantee card is with me but that too is not having full details on that. I requested their customer care number of times to provide my bill details and machines details. But they are not providing that also. Kindly get my bill details of this model also. Machine is not repaired and company has closed the complaints on their own without giving any document and without verifying from the customer. Their after sale service is zero. I requested Mr. Chanchal of IFB to provide the bills details, as it is not traceable at this moment, he is not picking my phone. Company is not doing anything to repair my machine or replacing of the machine or refunding my machine ever it is still under warranty. I am facing the problem since my purchase.
