IFB — Dishwasher displaying error F5

I ' ve IFB Dishwasher Neptune Dx Under exteded warranty. My customer ID : 3069117.I'd lodged complaint on tollfree no. They issued comlaint no. 16370756 dated 7 Sept'15.I regularly followed them. On 14thSept'15 IFB said my complaint has been closed asto the technician had reported me out of station. IFB issued me a new complaint no.
I tried to contact on local service center mobile nos. provided by HO. but nobody picked up.
With lots of difficulty I tracedout and contacted the service center personally. The complaint has now been attended and resolved.
I foundout there is a huge communication gap between different levels of IFB intrrnally. And on receiveing complaint from headoffice the service centers don't contact with customers on phone leaving them in a dilema .The frequent change of addresses and phone numbers of local service centers add to the customer inconvinience leaving them at the mercy of toll free nos. who themselves don't have any details of local service centers.
IFB needs to resolve this immidiately.
