[Resolved] IFB — Dishwasher not attended even after 16 days

Compliant no.15524424 registered on13/5/2015. Service technician attends the call after 2 days and advices to replace control board. Numerous calls after that to Mr. Sridhar, Mr. Vignesh has no effect. Each one promises that it will be fixed the very next day. Till date the problem exists. My elderly parents are going through a lot of trouble because of this. Now they don't attend our calls or they switch off after the the first call. The dishwasher is under AMC.
