[Resolved] IFB — Extremely disappointing service delay.... | |||
Background : We had purchased one Microwave Model 20PG3S from SURUCHI, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar in 2012. In just 2 months from buying it started showing one after another problem on panel board. Intermittently it was getting switched off. We were asked to change the earthing point and switch board. We had completely replaced with new ones. Subsequently the machine kept on giving some other problems. AMC : Finally one of your Service Engineers (Shrikant) suggested us to take AMC (for 2 years) as the warranty of 2 years was over. We had gone for AMC (2 years) in May, 2014. Complain No : 1364 2707 was lodged on 25th August against non functioning of Touch Panel : Surprisingly without resolving the problem complain was cancelled. As per one Ms Rajshree (Bhubaneswar Service centre) our contact nos were not reachable, hence the complain was cancelled. Strange logic !!! Can't someone visit when your service centre is just 200 meters from my residence ??? Anyway, as suggested by Ms Rajshree we lodged another complain 13693762 dated 01-09-14. We were told one service engineer will visit but in vain. after repeated calls from my end, on 3rd one engineer visited. We were told in 3 - 4 days the parts (Touch Panel) will come but as on date (16th September, 2014) there has not been any concrete response from your end. Hope we have not taken wrong decision by taking IFB products. We are extremely disappointed with the service response time. We have been loyal customer of IFB. At my BBSR residence, my brothers we al have been using IFB Washing machines too. But product and post sales services together need to be of best standard. An immediate response is highly solicited.
