[Resolved] IFB — Extremely ignorant and irresponsible attitude of service people | |||
Respected Authority, I, Manoj Kumar Takiyar, have an executive plus washing machine of IFB which has an AMC done for it. The machine had lately started troubling with extreme noise which I had reported to the service centre on last Friday; 11th July 2014. No service person visited for next two days hence, I lodged a complaint again referring to the last one. Still no response came, only at the third complaint did a service person turned up on Tuesday confirming there was some problem with the bearing of the machine and promising to revisit and solve the problem the very next day, which has not arrived yet. Again a 4th time complaint was lodged and on the advise of the customer care speaker I had even called up the service centre and reported the matter. After COMPLETE 10 DAYS and 5 TIMES COMPLAINT REGISTERING no fruitful response has been received. This clearly signifies the ignorant, lethargic, not concerned, irresponsible, no-customer problem consideration attitude of IFB SERVICES. I highly dis-recommend the company to other customers for their extremely poor service and extremely casual and irresponsible attitude of the service persons.
