Couple of months back i have purchased an ifb 25bc3 model microwave oven from an authorized showroom (Rathna stores, chennai).
From the second week onwards, i started facing problem with this model. Every 10 days, i'm forced to log a complaint with ifb customer care for service. They will take 2 days to fix the problem. It is going like this for the last 2 months and till now i have raised almost 5 complaints for the same complaint type. (Ticket numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected])
So totally i have lost the confident on this product and looking for a replacement of this device while it is under the warranty period itself.
