[Resolved] IFB — Fault not rectified | |||
My washing machine is under, AMC but from 30.8.2014 inspite of booking a complaint.. The fault has not been rectified. The intention of the service team is only to market their spare parts which does not cme under AMC. Taking customers for a ride.. Complain no. 11353087...a technical person came and he gave estimate for 1640 and he literally threatened us to buy a filter for rs3500. We denied, and complained to reg. sales rep. So he got annoyed and came the next day to change a pipe an said tis is the problem. He asked to on the machine in evening and left. We found that the machine was making huge noise, we called IFB, they sent another person who said the motor has to be replaced... But nothing was done till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
