I have logged a ticket on 14th july 2016 ref # [protected] regarding operational issue in washing machine.
Till date no response from ifb's service partner.
When i escalated to ifb customer care there is no concrete action taken till date and looks like ifb has no control with their service partner as i did not even receive either a msg or call till date.
Need concrete action from ifb to resolve the issue. Machine is under amc and for no fault customer is getting screwed by product manufacturer and their service partner Was this information helpful? |
I have bought a new IFB Washing Machine and it has been delivered on 10th July. But so far they have not come for a demo or to set up the machine. I received sms with ticket no.[protected].
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
