[Resolved] IFB — Harassed by ifb, produce defective products

I would like to notify you that i have been harassed by ifb since i have bought its air conditioner. Installation engineer came on 09.5.2015 for the installation. We launched complaint on 11.05.2015. My ticket no is 15531397. It came out to be a defective product with defective fan motor it didn’t worked properly for even a day after installation. It has been 1.5 months gone and our new split ac is like scrap for us. They just only need money and no responsibility of defective piece. Everytime i called customer care they give excuse “ your problem will be solved today”. My mobile no. Is [protected].ac has become mere a showpiece for us. Please don’t buy any product from ifb. It’s an absolutely fake company.
