After shifting to Bangalore in mid-August, IFB sent a technician to install our washing machine, and we foolishly renewed our AMC at the same time. He made a complete mess of things, and the machine's unusable since. We have repeatedly contacted customer care in Bangalore over the past month. Aside from taking our name and location each time and promising to send the technician, we have not seen any action from IFB.
All we have got for spending money on an AMC with this company has been an extremely frustrating experience with customer care, and an inoperable machine. Please rectify this problem immediately by sending your technician without any further delay.
