I have raised ticket 15357108 about eight days back and the issue is not fixed yet. Few months back it took about 25 days to fix the washing machine problem. There are absolutely no SLAs followed for the complaints. Every time machine stops working I don't know when it will get fixed. Service center people are not responding and escalation manager doesn't want to listen. It looks like IFB doesn not really care about customers.
I am tired of follow up with the service center. This is the last product I will ever buy from IFB and I will make sure to spread the word so that other people will also stay away. All the major stores have already started advising against buying any IFB products. It's sad to see such a brilliant company going down this path.
