[Resolved] IFB — IFB dishwasher Neptune DX | |||
I am using IFB dishwasher Neptune DX since last 2 yrs. My consumer id is 10244461. Over the last 02 months i have complained many times and being under warranty the company is bound to respond to any technical problem in the machine. However even after repeated complaints to IFB Helpline and atleast 10 ticket nos were generated and no response by any technician till date. The machine stops midway and displays error E7. Also there is a complaint regarding poor quality of door handle of machine which has cracked and about to break. No one is reponding from your company. I am sending this last complaint to IFB and then take legal recourse to sort out this matter. Lastly I am a Senior Army Officer and request you to apch IFB to stop the harrasement and wasting my time for which there will be heavy penalty on the company. Extremely poor after sales service.
