Hello IFG,

My microwave went dead and I complained to the customer care center by first week of March.
IFB service Compliant number: 15080174
From then on innumerable number of calls to your call center has given to solution.
Every time I hear them !!promising falsely!! that with in 24 hours someone will attend to it, but to no avail. This has continued for 2.5 months. This is a serious problem for me at home as I use the oven for multiple purposes in a day. I am so disappointed by this behavior from the company for which I had good regards.
This is my last try to get any help from IFB and if I don't get it fixed( just not service guys coming to some lame excuse) by IFB in this week, I will be much more disappointed and will be forced to forget about buying any products from IFB, in my lifetime. Just not that I may find other ways of making the kind of pathetic situation of the quality of service known to consumers in all possible ways and may not limit to that. Does the company not have moral values to provide service for the AMC paid to them?!!
Sorry, I think the company should wake up to this, as the service quality has become poorer over a period of time and will loose customers.

I understand that IFB has been notified by the website promptly about my case.
My inferences are:
1. IFB doesn't want to honour commitments and terms mentioned in the AMC
2. IFB doesn't care about their existing customers any more
3. Most likely IFB doesn't care about gaining new customers
4. What the above points mean to me is IFB sales and revenues will look southward (or it has started already to slide)
5. I will do what little I can to help myself and any other people form being fooled.
