[Resolved]  IFB — ifb microwave service

I had booked complaint for microwave, complaint no.[protected] around 10th January. The next day mecHanic came and told that the coil had to be replaced but never turned up. On enquiry I was told that the complaint is closed. Again I had booked complaint around 2nd week of February and the complaint no. Is [protected]. The next day somebody came and changed the coil and while testing the transformer had burnt. The mechanic told that he will come back the next day and change it. Till date nobody turned up. When contacted Mr. Anand on tel no.[protected] two days back I was told to book a complaint again. I could not understand the logic behind this. The oven is unserviceable for more than three months. Kindly make the oven serviceable or take it back and pay me the cost of the oven. I am really fed up with your products and service.

Purchased Microwave Oven and requested installation on saturday i.e 28/03/15 and appointment scheduled for Monday 30/03/2015 But as today no one came for installation. Its initial phase when I purchased your product and facing problem in even installation than its "?" for your service.
At least installation service should be provided at committed date otherwise I have doubt of achieving your Mission and vision atleast for that focus on your service.

The oven is made alright at last. Thanks a lot. But I would like to record that three months is too long a period for putting a fuse in the oven and that too after making 3 complaints and also after registering in the com super complaints forum. At least in future IFB should avoid all these non senses to maintain consumer satisfaction.
