[Resolved] IFB — IFB - Please choose right kind of service partner, not to loose valuable customers

Ticket No. 13480145 dated 1st August 2014. Still problem not solved as of today 12th Aug 2014.
Every day I follow up with your service company ( Excelent Sevice Center) to get the standard answar, the parts has not reachjed us, we will get it by this evening, and will be fitted by engineer tomorrow.

The tomorrow has not yet come. Does not know why this care less attitude of your service partners, or IFB does not care about the after sale support. As I know, I have filed this complaint in Gurgaon, and IFB has its manufacturing unit in Okhla. How many days it takes to reach the parts from Okhla to Gurgaon?

If IFB can not provide the parts, then you should clearly mention, that we are unable to get the parts, and then you should compensate me, so that I can choose another brand product. why should I stick to IFB?

After IFB's intervention / follow up post my complaint here in https://www.consumercomplaints.in website, the call was attended by replacing the parts on a fast track basis. Thanks to Team IFB.

But still I will repeat my statement, Please choose & educate the right kind of service partner on customer handling, not to loose valuable customers.
