I have been a loyal customer of IFB for almost past 15 years. Recently, 2 years back, I had bought a new IFB machine. I didnt have any problem with it until one day I got a call from IFB that my machine's service is due. It was my biggest mistake to agree to get it serviced.From the day the IFB engineer had serviced it, my machine is not working properly. It starts automatically and when I operate it, it stops in between. I had been calling IFB officials for past 2 weeks now. First, they dont send the engineer, and when they do, the engineer just comes and spends 5 mins and say it will be fine now. But again the problem crops up. I am highly disappointed with your service. Never had such a bad experience with any company. Was this information helpful? |
