DEAR SIR,
OUR CUSTOMER ID WITH IFB IS: 10169255.
WE HAD PURCHASED IFB FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE- ADMIRAL 8012W-8KG MODEL ABOUT 1 YEAR BACK.
THE MOTOR OF THE MACHINE WHICH IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AFOR WHICH OUR FIRST COMPLAIN WAS DONE ON 22/06/2014- COMPLAIN NO.13183560.
THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, SO WE COMPLAINED AGAIN
ON 22/07/2014 WITH COMPLAIN NO. 13402159,
ON 07/08/2014 WITH COMPLAIN NO. 13517473,
ON 11/10/2014 WITH COMPLAIN NO. AS REF FROM ABOUVE 13517473.
AND IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER ALSO WITH REF NO. 14498875.
AND IN JANUARY WITH SAME REF NO.
WE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING SINCE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS NOW, BUT THERE SEEMS NO SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM. IFB SENT US WRONG MOTOR IN REPLACEMENT WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE AND WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WILL BE REPLACED.
BUT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 4 MONTHS FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE MOTOR ALSO.
THIS SEEMS TO BE A NEVER ENDING EPISODE, AND IT HAS CREATED A LOT OF PROBLEMS AND HASSLES FOR ME. WE ALSO HAD VISITED IFB STORE, BUT GOT NO RESPONSE FOR OUR PROBLEM AND WERE AGAIN DIVERTED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE.
HOPE FULLY AFTER SENDING EMAIL TO CONSUMER FORUM, I WILL DEFINTLY GET JUSTICE.
THE PRODUCT IS HAVING 4 YEARS WARRANTY, BUT IFB HAS HARRASED US IN SUCH A WAY THAT EVEN AFTER SPENDING MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCT WE HAVE RECEIVED NO PROPER SERVICE AND GUIDANCE.
HOPEFULLY MY MATTER WILL GET CLEAR IMMEDIATELY.
