My washing machine (IFB-ELENA DX, 5.5Kg) not working for the past 10days. i have been trying the customercare since then. At last i booked the complaint on 13.09.2014. My complaint number is 13784099 and customer id :2411436. Yesterday company representative came casually to my house without any tools/parts. Informed us that he need some time to attend the problem.
How long should i wait that my problem be rectified?
sir, pls interfere in this issue and solve the problem at the earliest.

I have IFB washing machine Senorita DX. Since 23 August we have been complaining but no one is responding to our problem. Our complain no is 13681068. We are in Amc. First the tecnician comes and says its door problem then they say its control panel problem. Now no one is answering. I have a heart patient (my father) and a 8 month old kid at my place and your tecnicians very well know about this situation still no responce. We only get to talk to your costomer executive Mrs. Laxmi. Your senior person Mr. Abhishek is not ready to talk to us nor is he picking our calls. I have already called many times and also emailed my complaint 2 times but we only get computerised reply that someone will get in touch with us. I have recommended IFB to many but today I feel sorry for my reccommendatio. Dont know if this will get rectified. Very sad experience with IFB.
