[Resolved] IFB — IFB washing machine.. very bad after sales service

I have raised two complaints for IFB and it has been 45 days since I have raised the complaint. There is no response so far. They have very poor service. They are closing the tickets without resolving the issue. Please don't buy IFB products at all.

Finally my IFB washing machine problem solved after 2 months. received calls from customer care and main office about the part replacement to check whether the problem is solved and I am happy.

customer care saying the problem of drum not rotating on Aug 26'th 2014. They had
told they would need to replace drum. But they had closed the complaint without any
intimation to me. I had contacted customer care and again raised complaint
13801438. This compliant was also closed without solving the problem and intimation
to me. I had asked them to reopen the case. They had given manager Suraj number
[protected] to speak for further assistance. Every time I call them they have been
informing drum would be replaced in 2 days. Today Oct 16'th 2014 but the problem is
still not resolved. My IFB customer ID 3106325.
