Hi Team,

Last year we purchased IFB Washing maxhine in Chittoor and the model was Senorita Aqua 6.5KG. Fonts on the nameplate Got erased and had spoke to the dealer in Chittoor as well. He keeps on saying that he ordered the product for replacement but still it's in transit or courier.
