[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Angular wm 6.5kg red - washing machine

I have a Angular WM 6.5 KG which is covered under warranty. This washing machine started to create a lot of issues since December 2015. Primary issue had been with water leakage from bottom side of the machine and few bolts came out. On reporting to IFB a technician and that to after making multiple calls came in and did something. It started to work but again the same problem resurfaced on 2nd Feb. Again complaint to customer care since then I had been calling customer service, service center and then regional manager by name Mr. Shankar with no satisfactory response. Height was upon calling once again, learned that my service ticket was closed by saying that "Customer Doesn't want service". whereas nobody has contacted me about the problem and also resolved the problem and they decided to close the ticket. Have again reopened the ticket but no response. Need some help in getting my issues addressed. Thanks in advance.

So further update on the complaint above. Regional Manager (i..e Mr Shankar) makes some technician to call my home and start trying to convince my spouse to buy a new washing machine at the discounted rate of 30 % because they seem to not have some spare parts. This is further scary thing about this company as they can behave unethically also. Instead of solving the problem the responsible senior official of IFB can take this route as well. My problem remains unresolved. I am continuing to spent closed to INR 1000/day in dry cleaning and still no lights at the end of tunnel.

Surprisingly management of this company doesn't have time and everything left on regional manager Bangalore who appears to be a highly irresponsible person. Can someone from this company help me here as I definitely can't pay additional money to buy new washing machine at discounted rate of 30 %

Please also refer another ticket which was recreated after someone from your company decided to close happily. Ticket # is [protected]. BTW I haven't received any call. Though assurance given above helps you keep the customer waiting but further delay also creates anxiety.

Also Are you saying that spare part unavailability is a problem of consumers and you will make the consumer buy/exchange the appliance by paying whatsoever money IFB wants. Is this some kind of joke. BTW who is going to compensate the money I have already spent in dry cleaning the clothes for last several weeks. Do you have some kind of ETA/SLA or wanted to keep dragging this forever. Please respond at earliest.
