I have entered an amc contract with ss enterprises arcot for two years for ifb washing m/c. From 03.03.2017 copy enclosed.
While putting the contract the service engineer spoken very good sugar coated words and took away the cheque for payment. After that when we rang up to his mobile somebody will attend and tell mr sakthivel is in meeting. Every day i would call the same reply. They never bothered to reply.

I have a ifb microwave 30src2 - bought directly from ifb. The machine stopped working and i raised a customer service complaint no. [protected] on 18/7/2017.

I was told by the the service center lady that someone would be attending within 24 hours - after following up twice, a technician came after 3 days and told that...

I got a phone call regarding my washing machine amc renewal, telling that my machines last free service is pending.

From june 1st week i used to get calls regarding the renewal, till now i daily called to those numbers, but they didnt send any service person.

How many free services do ifb provide to a single washing machine because i did not even get any free service till now.

It is a front tilted drum machine. It gives an error code "e01" and stops. I have to press the "start" button to resume the washing.
Ifb technician visited but said this model has stopped whereas my 3 year warranty period has ended just 5 months back.
You can't stop providing service to a model which was under warranty till 5 months back.

We have a model ifb serena sx s. No:076533 at home. Amc is active from 5/5/2017 to 04/05/2019 with sri saravana enterprises, arcot. We logged a complaint regarding ifb washing machine is not working at home and the complaint was registered with complaint no:[protected] and ifb customer code:2936701. The complaint was made 15 days before and nobody called back to resolve the issue. When i checked today i was told the job card...

Bought three days back IFB front load. (27.07.2017). Installation not done till date even though registration done by dealer on 27.07.2017. Some guy called from IFB installation team and told he will come for demo and not came from last 48 hours. His name is Abdul Malik. [protected].
Switched off his mobile when I tried to call him many times.

I purchased ifb top loading fully-automatic washing machine model no. Aw 60-205s on 13/3/2015,.

To my surprise the above error lu has started coming just after 4 months of warranty expiry of my machine, which was working perfectly..

The guy from company told that the error may be due to defect in pcb and the cost of replacement shall be rs. 6000/-, which is very unrealistic. The guy from the company was amazed...

Called up ifb service center for repairing my washing machine, they turn up after 2 days... After investigation they suggested to change some parts, surprisingly they dont even have price list or mrp mentioned on the part, how can they sell anything without mrp...

I tried calling your manager's ([protected], [protected] etc) they are so rude, they didnt even talked to me, just disconnected the phone...

Very un-professional...

AMC serice is very poor lot of time we complaind to the customer care but no proper anserwer and result.

Complaint system also very poor.

My washing machine not working under AMC.I given complaint on 13.07.17 till today the problem not solve today date 29.07.17 almost 14days over.
