Washing machine toppled over during operation even it was placed on IFB provided stand. I was shocked to experience this even after getting assured that it won't fall of the stand as it is made by IFB.

I thought it may be a reason regarding load and else. But, it happened twice in a 2 month period. Need assistance regarding this....

Bad service personal response and bad attitude. They will keep postpone the service with unnecessary reason. Even in warranty they will charge you.
Beware IFB becoming a fraud company....

Worst service experience, no response from the serive personels, they will close the call without resolving the problem. They will keep telling parts will come today, , today adnd so on.
