I don't understand the point of putting contact information(customer care) on the website and yet none of them appear to be working. It just doesn't make any sense. My washing machine is down and I can't make the complaint. I am very disappointed with the service porvided. I have sent an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com, 2days ago from today. I am yet to receive a response. I would like a techician to be sent over as soon as possible. Customer Code 12388234
