The technician came to our place after giving this complaint and resolved the issue.
They were complaining that they have to attend daily 10 -12 calls which is why they have delayed visiting my place. They should have given a slot to me if they were busy. Don't say that we will visit your place today which you won't do it, when we tried to follow up. Also talk to the customer sensibly.
The previous technician who visited my place after rat complaint didn't fixed the rat mesh properly. Due to that i am seeing many issues. They brought some local mesh and charged money without showing in the receipt and this is not the one supported by IFB.
We were not known until new technician visited our place and told that it is not the right rat mesh. This was done by some third party franchise people. When I asked the new technician to fix it, he is not much happy somehow helped me. He use to say that it is taking more time in your home because of this issue.
How do we know when the technician brought some RAT mesh and told us that this has to be fixed. We trusted him. Also please make sure your technician to carry all the time some screws with them when needed. If they don't have the screws they will somehow fix it without the screws. Also they use to say that it is not their job to carry the screws with them.
