My customer id #1072614, i did purchase ifb frond load washing machine “model : elena dx – 5.5 kg” on 08/09/2008.
Since march 2013 onwards till today we did raise 6 complaints and 5 no’s of get solved (With full payment after warranty period. (Ticket no’s 10338231, 10347992, 10365299, 11399116, [protected]). By thrissur ifb service team.
I like highlight one on my 5 the compliant (Ticket # [protected]) at 01/02/2016, the part was not available in the service center, delayed the service and service technician replaced the part, after that water leaking issue not solved and he re visited with same ticket no and replace another part and he forced to me to get amc (Annual maintenance contract) is it part your business??? And after two months on 13/04/2016 machine drum get damaged!!! Why he could not identify this issue on february service time (As he visited more than two times). These observations made me to force to believe that either the service technician did not check fully the machine, just solve what he seen (That way he revisited to replace second part) or he may seen & ignore it, to get ams from customers or another service ticket.
Regarding the last compliant (Ticket no: [protected]) raised on 13/04/2016 at 17.53 hrs. After two days the service technician visited, checked and told me that need to replace drum and it costs rs 5000/-, as we required washing machine essential service in my home, i did agree to buy and go head to order. When i called the service center they assured by next week would get it replaced. Till today (3 weeks completed) i did get service from ifb service team
As an ifb customer i would like answers of following questions
1. Is it common, after completed warranty period the machine starts giving problems frequently??? If the answer “yes” means as customer i should say the your product and service not satisfying customers
2. Are you instructed your service centers to keep essential spares with them to provide immediate service to customers??? Or if spare not available make arrangements gets soon??? Because in my experience when i called thrissur service center, very poor response, i need to remind them frequently & the answer i am getting “may be next will order by cochin office, may be get” like reply’s
3. Are all the service centers & technicians are interested to make business by getting amc or frequent service ticket no”s
I am expecting your immediate actions and recommendations to keep customers with ifb and do good business.
