[Resolved] IFB Industries — Microwave Oven not functioning | |||||
Microwave oven not responding. It gets switched on and the regulatory buttons are working fine but the food is not at all getting hot. The oven was bought 4 years back. we tried rotating the buttons several times but of no use. Even the glass plate and light inside the oven are operating fine. it was not functioning since 24.08.16 evening. requesting to send a technical person from IFB, Goa to resolve the issue as we are situated at vasco, Goa at a distance of 15-20 kms from IFB, Goa. .After 20 days the machine got complaint and reported in customer care and agencies.
And no one has came to repair the washing machine .According as it has the worst customer service. Please repair the machine as quick as possible
