My customer id is 2152118 having serena fully automatic washing machine
Only 15 days back the complaint had been attended after lot or pursuassion though it is under amc
Again it is not working

It is high time and almost lost my patience suffering from the day of purchaseing your products

The complaint needs to be publised let it be lesson for other consumers also
