[Resolved] IFB Industries Limited — Complaints of washing Machine | |||
My ticket No is 16266885 dt. 22Aug. 2015 I purchased my IFB Washing Machine near about 3 years back my machine still in warranty period (ADMIRAL 7213) I am not at all satisfy with your machine i.e.( Admiral 7213) One month back my washing machine was out of order instead of complaining again and again no action was taken by your company. We are facing a lot of problems because of your poor services. My wife is allergic with washing powder she can't wash cloths with hands that's why I purchased fully automatic washing machine for the sake of her health but I am sorry to Inform that I am very unsatisfied with your poor services. Today one of your serviceman visit my place to replace Power Control Board which was out of order from last one month I am really shocked when he informed me that (ADMIRAL 7213) will not come under the AMC scheme. This is not done I am not at all satisfy with this machine as during warranty I am going through the hell what will happen when the warranty period will over. SO PLEASE YOU TAKE YOUR MACHINE BACK AS IT IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD. As your product are costly and spare parts are also not available timely I cannot survive with this machine so kindly replace my machine as soon as possible otherwise I will take some action.
