I have lodged request for repair of washing machine under AMC contract with the company. The complaint number is 16806548 dated 06.11.2015. The repair has not been carried out till date. The toll free number instead of taking up the matter with their agency at Lucknow informs the phone number on which I can discuss the issue. This sort of service is not expected from a company of repute and on which we have reposed faith since past many years.
