IFB Industries — Manufacturing defect in Washing Machine | |||||
Hi, I bought the IFB washing machine Elena Aqua 6Kg model from Vijay Sales, Dwarka, Delhi on 12th Nov 2015 and the installation request (No[protected] was closed on 26th Nov 2015. The machine has manufacturing fault, its rubber lining is twisted and after one wash the screws became loose and while running it made lot of noise. there is also a dent in the backside (images attached). The installation engineer made some stories and closed the request. I was unable to raise the consumer complaint earlier as the installation request was open for long and now the IFB customer care system is down from today morning. I want my machine to be replaced.
